When it comes to the bad, things seem to stay the same the Green Star Energy. Again, customers are complaining about overcharging and customer service, however, there were some other troubles that arose. Let’s take a look.

The main positive we noticed was the reward scheme. Customers were happy with a fair price and points that offered gifts. However, no matter how good the perks are, a lot of dissatisfaction amongst customers is still clearly visible.
Sure, Green Star Energy may entice customers with points schemes and green energy, however, with 40% of customers scoring the supplier as ‘bad’, the lowest rating, there are plenty of issues that come with rewards.
Difficult to contact, harassment for payment and unclear energy bills. The list goes on. Luckily, there are companies out there learning from these failures and that’s where we come in.
